Budget

The Richland County Office of Budget and Strategic Management offers financial assistance to internal stakeholders by providing management guidance and technical support. The office reviews and analyzes policies, promotes program integrity, and addresses issues that may arise during budget execution activities.

Richland County’s fiscal year runs from July 1 to June 30 of the following year.
