ENRICH Heritage Tourism Marketing Plan

Richland County has developed the ENRICH Tour to highlight African American landmarks and legacies across the region. This project focused on improving existing sites and exploring the development of new ones. Through ongoing research and strategic marketing, the County aims to attract visitors and share the rich stories of African American heritage.

The Richland County Conservation Commission is proud to introduce the County’s first-ever Historic Preservation Plan.
