Kyle Holsclaw
Kyle Holsclaw serves as Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Richland County, bringing nearly 30 years of dedicated service to the County. In addition to holding various technology certifications, he recently graduated from the Certified Government Chief Information Officer (CGCIO) program at the University of North Carolina’s School of Government.
