Mapping and Records

Access to accurate property records is critical for all property owners, citizens, and other government bodies. This increases transparency and enables property owners to verify their data.

Opting Out

Opting out of a property will remove it from online access. You must be the owner of the property to complete the opt-out process.

  1. Search for your property. https://property.spatialest.com/sc/richland#/
  2. Once the property record pulls up, on the far right of the blue bar, there is an option for “More”, under that is the “Opt-Out” form.
  3. Fill out the form, and click Submit.
  4. When you click submit, you will be sent an email to finalize your opt-out request.

If you have any other properties, you’ll have to do the same for each. If you have any issues or don’t receive the email to finalize the process, please email us at optout@richlandcountysc.gov. Please use the Tax Map Number as your reference.
