Would you like to have your pet or a stray/feral cat spayed or neutered?
Richland County Animal Care proudly partners with Animal Mission, which provides the residents of Richland County with Trap Neuter Return (TNR) vouchers and spay/neuter vouchers for their pets. The vouchers provide a discount on the cost, and residents are responsible for any additional costs.
Spaying or neutering a cat or dog avoids unwanted litters and reduces pet overpopulation. This can also improve the health and behavior of your pet.
Spaying or neutering your pet means fewer stray animals that are a risk to children and pets. There is also less of a chance to spread disease to other animals and possibly to humans.
NOTE: You must obtain a Commercial Pet Breeder Permit if you plan to breed your pet in Richland County.
