Step 1.Create an Account

Start by registering with your email address.

Step 2.Choose Your Subscription

Select access to Register of Deeds, Probate Court, or both. Subscription options: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Annual. View pricing before subscribing (no payment required until you’re ready).

Step 3.Approval for Probate Court Records

Access to Probate Court records requires approval from the court. Submit your request during sign-up, and you'll receive an email once your application is approved.

Step 4.Search and View Records Online

Once subscribed, you can search records using the same system available at the courthouse.

Probate Court:

  • limited: for access to one estate (estate number required to apply)
  • unlimited: search by estate number, decedent's name, PR's name, filed date range or date of death
