Spread the Word

- Share flyers with your neighbors and vet clinics.
- Contact microchip companies if your pet is chipped.
Approach Carefully
Only approach the animal if it is safe to do so. If the animal seems scared or aggressive, call Animal Services or the Ombudsman’s Office for help.
Check for ID
Look for tags or a microchip. A local vet or the shelter can scan for a chip.

Report the found pet by calling the Ombudsman’s Office at 803-929-6000 or emailing ombudsman@richlandcountysc.gov.
