What We Do

Michael Maloney

A Navy veteran and nuclear-trained submariner, Michael Maloney holds a degree in Construction Management and Civil Engineering. He leads Richland County Public Works and Transportation, overseeing infrastructure, stormwater, roads, and the Penny Program. He's managed 1,000+ improvement projects and reports monthly on public investments and progress.
