2025 Sealed Bid Auction to be held Dec. 2-Dec.16. New bidders register online Nov. 24-Dec. 1. Bidders from the Nov. 3-4 tax sale do not have to register again.

When property taxes are not paid by the due date, they become delinquent.

Once delinquent, penalties and interest are added based on the amount owed and how late the payment is. If taxes remain unpaid, the property may eventually be subject to the annual tax sale, where it can be auctioned to recover the debt.
