Director Wladischkin has over 14 years of experience in public procurement and leads a team of procurement professionals in sourcing and managing contracts for goods and services. She holds three professional certifications and is committed to continuous learning. Her goal is to ensure that the County's procurement practices are transparent, efficient, and compliant with all regulations.
