Who should complete this form?

This form is the final step for new restaurants or any establishment serving food and connected to Richland County sanitary sewer service. The County maintains a record of what is being served and how establishments are managing fats, oils and grease as part of its prevention of grease accumulation and sewer obstructions and blockages.

Requirements apply to Richland County Sewer Customers only.

Before you begin

You'll need the following to complete the application:

  • A digital copy of your menu;
  • Seating capacity and hours of operation;
  • Make, model, location and capacity in gallons of all indoor grease traps;
  • Material of all outdoor grease traps;
  • Trap cleaning contractor name, address, and phone number (if applicable);
  • List of any additives used in the plumbing system, grease interceptor, or grease trap(s).
