Richland County was recently awarded the highest possible credit ratings from two of the nation’s premier credit rating bureaus.
Richland County Vector Control and the state Department of Public Health have confirmed the County’s first West Nile virus-positive mosquito samples of this year’s mosquito season. In response, Vector Control has increased surveillance in affected areas to reduce the number of the pests and help protect public health.
