Jason Branham represents District 1, which includes northwest Richland County, including Irmo and Ballentine. Prior to being elected to Council, Branham was involved in County services as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals and later the Planning Commission, at one point serving as the Commission’s chairman. Branham is an attorney and a proud, lifelong resident of Richland County who grew up primarily in Lower Richland and has raised his family in northwest Richland County.
