You must contact SC811 by dialing 811 or 888-721-7877 to have all relevant utilities locate any buried lines. Be sure to call at least three full business days before you plan to dig.
Richland County Utilities will only locate utilities up to the sanitary sewer service cleanout/stub-out or the sanitary sewer service gate valve, located at the property line. It is the customer's responsibility to locate any buried water or sewer service lines on their property.
