Notice is hereby given that Richland County, SC has undertaken an Environmental Assessment process for the Jim Christopher Community Center Project in partnership with Homeless No More. This project includes demolition and new construction of a community center that will serve low-and moderate-income residents of the new Grande Village community.
The Environmental Review resulted in a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) on the human environment. The Environmental Assessment is on display for a period of 15-days beginning 6/27/26, proceeded by a Request for Release of Funds (RROF) from HUD.
