The Richland Soil and Water Conservation District (RSWCD) provides free vegetable, herb, and wildflower seeds to Richland County residents through its Seed Sanctuary program. The program promotes home gardening, food security, and pollinator conservation and is funded by Friends of RSWCD and other public and private sponsors.
The Seed Sanctuary is closed for the warm season. Join the waitlist to receive cool-season seeds by mail, or subscribe to our e-newsletter to learn when cool-season seeds will be available.
