Conservation Commission
Purpose
The Richland County Conservation Commission promotes the protection of the county’s natural, historical, and cultural resources with voluntary programs to enhance nature-based recreation and eco- and heritage tourism as well as conservation easements, land acquisition, grant programs, and special projects.
