Richland County's Public Information Office is the point of contact for information regarding Richland County Government. Please note that several entities in Richland County have their own public information offices, and those offices should be contacted for information specific to that entity. Questions, concerns and requests for service
If you need assistance, you can reach out directly to a department to talk with staff or contact the Ombudsman. The Ombudsman's Office provides information and resolves all concerns and requests for service in an efficient and expedient manner. Contact the Ombudsman through the One-Call Response Center at 803-929-6000 or email ombudsman@richlandcountysc.gov.

Engage Richland
Engage Richland is Richland County's year-round series of public events that encourages residents to learn more about their local government.
