Homeowner and Neighborhood Associations 

Richland County is home to over 400+ active Homeowners Associations (HOA) and Neighborhood Associations (NBA). They represent a vital portion of County constituents whose valuable input provides insight into the impacts of County policies and initiatives within communities. The Richland County Department of Government and Community Services works to actively improve facilitating improved communication outreach among these community groups and County departments in alignment with the County's mission of providing essential services, efficiently and effectively, to ultimately improve the quality of life for its citizens. 

Would you like to get more involved in your community. Consider participating in events with Richland County's Neighborhood Improvement Program. Also, your community could become a member of the Richland County Neighborhood Council (RCNC) and work with County Council to assist in programming and initiatives that make our communities safe and enjoyable.
