Business Service Center Forms
NOTE! Due to the County's closing to the public as a result of the coronavirus pandemic, forms should be:
(1) returned by e-mail (in ONE email) and
(2) as separate PDF documents (pictures are NOT accepted).
Thank you for your cooperation. This will help speed up processing the forms.
Businesses should expect at least fifteen business days for processing during the busy renewal season January - April. Phone calls and e-mails to check the status of your form(s) will only result in additional delays. We appreciate your patience while we work as quickly and accurately as we can.
