(1) returned by e-mail (in ONE email)
(2) as separate PDF documents,
(3) with only one form, with all pages, in a single PDF file.

All other businesses should expect at least ten business days for the Clearance Form review process to be completed. Application for a New Business License - necessary to apply for a new business license
