What: A virtual public hearing to gather input on how Richland County uses federal funding to aid low-to-moderate-income residents and communities

This virtual meeting will cover the County’s Annual Action Plan for fiscal year 2021-22. This plan details activities funded by Community Development Block Grants (CDBG) totaling $1,670,479 and the HOME Investment Partnerships Program totaling $744,186 through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Residents, nonprofits and other community partners and stakeholders are encouraged to attend to provide comments about the use of these federal funds.
