Richland County Neighborhood Improvement Program staff will take County residents through a four-week course on establishing a plan for their neighborhoods. The Neighborhood Toolkit will be utilized to guide residents through the process of creating bylaws, a vision, mission, goals and objectives for their community and neighborhood-scale projects they can implement. The course will culminate in a Spirit Week event where participants will be asked to share what they learned about Neighborhood Planning and how they will apply that knowledge to improve where they live. Registration will be capped at 30 participants. The registration cutoff date is Monday October 1, 2018.
