Pet Registration Event with Animal Care Officers

Stop by Animal Care during this special Saturday event to receive or renew your pet's registration, as well as learn about the duties and responsibilities of Richland County's Animal Control Officers. In Richland County, the fine for an unlicensed pet is $500. The cost to license a spayed or neutered pet is $4.21; a fertile pet is $21.07.
